Why we exist

Personality tools used to live in clinics and HR departments, expensive, gated, and slow. The free versions online traded all the rigor for shareability.

We thought there should be a third option: assessments grounded in real frameworks, scored honestly, delivered instantly, and yours for a single, fair price instead of yet another subscription.
