DISC is a model of how people tend to behave, especially at work, using four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. It grew out of psychologist William Moulton Marston's 1928 book Emotions of Normal People. Wiley, which publishes Everything DiSC, says everyone is a blend of all four, and usually one to three stand out.
Eight statements, two for each style. Most people finish in about two minutes.

None, by design. Wiley says its Everything DiSC assessment is normed so roughly a quarter of people fall into each quadrant.
Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness in most tests today. Marston's 1928 terms were Dominance, Inducement, Submission and Compliance.
